How we work
Here is the plan to grow your business.
No packages to decode and no long list of add-ons. Here is the work, in the order we do it.
Before
anything else
Step one: a look at what your customers see.
We look up your business the way a customer comparing their options would: Google Search and Maps, your website, your reviews, and the directories that carry your name, address, and phone number.
More people now skip the search results and ask an AI tool like ChatGPT, “Who is a good plumber near me?” Those tools build their answers from the same listings, reviews, and websites. So we also show you what one of them says when someone asks for what you do.
You get a short written report at no cost. It starts with what is already working, points out the few things that matter most, and ends with three to five things you can do yourself. Then we sit down, in person or on a call, and go through it together. If you take the list and handle it yourself, that is a good outcome too.
The first month
Step two: the first month, spent on the basics.
It is a set project with a clear finish line.
-
01
Your name, address, and phone number, consistent everywhere
We find every place your business is listed, make sure each one carries the right name, address, and phone number, and fix the places that disagree, including old names and old phone numbers.
-
02
Your Google Business Profile, rebuilt
The right categories, every service you offer listed by name, the towns you actually serve, real photos from real jobs, and hours that are correct, holidays included.
-
03
A simple way to ask for reviews
Something your crew can hand a customer at the end of a job, so asking becomes routine. We answer the reviews you already have, too.
-
04
Your website, fixed or built
It should load fast on a phone, say plainly what you do and where you do it, and put your phone number at the top of every page. If you do not have a site, we build one that does those things.
At the end of the month, we sit down and go through the before and after, place by place. Anything still waiting on a directory to update is marked as pending, with the date we expect it to change.
Every
month after
Step three: more of the work you want, month after month.
-
01
A new page each month
For a town or a service you want more of, built around a real job you did there.
-
02
Your job photos, put to work
Send us photos from the field and we turn them into weekly posts on your Google Business Profile.
-
03
Every review answered
Good or bad, within a week, and with your approval.
-
04
Your listings kept consistent
Directory information drifts over time. We check it and fix it, so a customer never finds an old number.
-
05
A monthly report and a real conversation
We count the calls and requests that came in and how many became customers, and we go over it together. When a month is flat, the report says so, along with what we are adjusting and by when.
Advertising
Ads come after the basics. Every time.
Paid advertising can bring in calls sooner than anything else on this page, but only with a plan behind it. Before we spend a dollar, we sit down and talk about what you want more of: which jobs, in which towns, and how many.
Then we build an ad plan for your business. It answers four questions:
-
01
Where to advertise
Google, Facebook, Instagram, or a mix, depending on your work and your customers.
-
02
What to spend
A weekly or monthly budget, and what we are aiming for with it: more calls, more booked jobs, or more requests for one service.
-
03
What the ads will show
Whether your photos and video are ready, and what it takes if they are not.
-
04
Where the clicks land
Whether your website can turn a click into a call or a booked job, and count it.
Then we launch, test, and adjust. Every dollar of your ad budget goes to the ads, and our fee is a flat price, not a cut of what you spend. You see what each lead costs.
Your part
Your part is small, and it matters.
A few photos and voice notes from real jobs, a quick yes or no on review replies and new pages, and a count of new customers each month. Those three things are what make the pages real, the posts current, and the report accurate.
Timing
The work shows first. The calls follow.
What you see first is the work itself: corrected directory listings, a rebuilt Google Business Profile, new pages, and every review answered. More calls follow, and that takes time, unless ads are part of the plan. We will not promise a jump in the first month, and the report will always tell you plainly what has moved.
Next step
Find out what your customers see.
Call or email, and tell us the name of your business. That is all we need to get started.
