A shop can run clean work for forty years, hold licenses its competitors do not have, and still be hard to find and hard to check on. The history is real. It is just filed somewhere a customer will never see it.

   Your Google listing, your website, your reviews, and your name, address, and phone number matching everywhere a customer can find them. Advertising money goes further once those are right, so that is the order we work in.

   You get a straight report every month

   Written, in plain language, leading with what came in: calls, requests, and booked work wherever we can count it. When a month is flat, the report says so, and it says what we are changing and by when.

   We work face to face

   Every client gets a real conversation every month, in person when that is easier and on a call when it is not. This is a Cincinnati company and we intend to be the kind you can meet for coffee.

   You run the business, we handle the rest

   This is done for you, on a monthly plan. You approve anything that goes out with your name on it, and then it is off your desk.
